Xiaomi adds two exciting new smartphones to the Note 11 series

Technology giant Xiaomi has gained immense popularity in the category of cheap smartphones. The quality of his smartphone is remarkable because he has managed to conquer a large part of the market. It currently has several new Redmi Note phones in its line, including the Redmi Note 11 series for China only, the worldwide Note 11 series and the Redmi Note 11T. Today, the company announced the launch of the Redmi Note 11T Pro and Redmi Note 11T Pro Plus.

Function:

Starting with the powerful Dimensity 8100 chipset, both phones have a lot in common. This SoC, according to MediaTek, competes with the Snapdragon 870 and 888 and would yield similar performance later. It has a 5nm TSMC architecture, an eight-core CPU (four Cortex-A78, four Cortex-A55) and a Mali-G610 MC6 GPU.

The new phones have a 6.6-inch 144Hz LCD display (20.5: 9, FHD +), which is a departure from the worldwide range of Redmi Note 11 high-frequency OLED displays.

The phones also use the same main camera with a 64MP GW1 sensor. Redmi doesn't say anything about the phones' secondary cameras, but we thought we'd see an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro camera. Other notable features include a 3.5 mm port, Bluetooth 5.3, IP53, MIUI 13, NFC, side fingerprint scanning, stereo speakers, x-axis linear motor and Wi-Fi 6.

Differences:

The only difference between the Note 11T Pro and Pro Plus is the battery and charging options. The Pro model has a 5,080 mAh battery with 67 W cable charging, while the Pro Plus has a relatively low power battery (4,400 mAh), 120 W cable charging and a Surge P1 charging chip.

Redmi also announced its own edition of the Astro Boy Redmi Note 11T Pro Plus, which has a unique look. In addition to the new design, you also get your own case and extra bonuses. At present, the new Redmi phones are available exclusively in China and there is no talk of a worldwide presence.

Price:

The 6GB / 128GB Redmi Note 11T will cost you around $ 270, the 8GB / 256GB model costs $ 330. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 11T Pro Plus starts with a faster charge of $ 300 for the base 8GB / 128GB model and goes up to $ 375 for the 8GB / 512GB model. In addition, the Astro Boy Edition concept 8GB / 256GB will cost you around $ 375.
