Chrome now includes a Google Lens toolbar for quick reverse image searches

In recent months, Google has quietly revised how reverse image search worked in the desktop version of Chrome and replaced the previous Google Lens method. In 2019, the mobile version of Chrome went through the same maneuver. While many people have been using the new Google Lens Sidebar system in Chrome for desktops for several months, when it was quietly delivered, Google has now officially created

Google Lens and a new sidebar-based look.

How does it work with Google Lens? Don't blame yourself if you don't keep up with the improvements, but the change here may be better and more effective than previous image reverse lookup features. Just right-click on the photo and select "Find image using Google Lens" and the sidebar on the right will show the visual match of the image on the same tab. You can also right-click anywhere on the webpage and select "Find photos using Google Lens," which will exclude any currently translated visual content on the page in Google Lens Search, whether it's a separate image file or not. Thanks to Google Lens, it now has more options than ever before, including the ability to select and even translate text in photos. Cropping is easy and offers automatic removal of specific guides as the objects it identifies. The only downside is that the sidebar is so narrow that selecting text in widescreen images can be time consuming. If you need more space to select text, you can quickly open the sidebar on the tab itself using the button in the upper right corner.
Unique feature
If there are not enough matching images in the sidebar or you don't like the design, you can click "discover image source" to open a more common image search page in Google Search to avoid losing any functionality. If you do not want to lose your job or the current bookmark, there is also a button to open it on a new bookmark.
According to Google, it's now available to all Chrome users. However, Chrome 100 clients will be widely available in April, although this could be a big test. Some of you may have been using this feature for weeks, but it's official now: Google has instructions on how to set up image reverse lookups if you need to.
