 Vivo has announced the official launch date of its first folding phone

Vivo has been in the headlines in recent months due to the expected launch of its first folding folder, X Fold. Today, the company finally announced its official launch date with a trailer video shared through China's Weibo microblogging site.

The trailer confirms that Vivo X Fold will premiere on April 11. Along with the X Fold, the company is also expected to introduce the Vivo X Note, Pad and X80 smartphones. Let's see what we know about each of these devices so far. Vivo X Fold

From what we've seen in drops so far, the Vivo X Fold is expected to come with a 6.53 ″ OLED display with Full HD + resolution and a cutout that distinguishes selfie shooting. It is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and 4,600mAh batteries under the hood, with 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The phone is expected to be available in two storage variants, a 12 / 128GB variant and a 12 / 512GB configuration. It is available in three color variants, blue, red and orange.

Note Vivo X

Next in line is the company's upcoming premium flagship smartphone, the Vivo X Note. It is expected to come with cores such as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC at the helm and battery, which supports both 80W fast charging and 50W fast wireless charging.

In terms of storage, the X Note is said to come in three configurations, 8/256 GB, 12/256 GB and 12 GB / 512 GB. It can be in black, gray and blue. According to legend, the orange variant of the device seems to have been delayed.

Vivo Pad flows

Now comes another tablet from the company called Vivo Pad. According to rumors, it has an 11 ″ display with a resolution of 2.5k, a refresh rate of 120Hz and also Dolby Vision support. The tablet will be powered by an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor and an Adreno 650 GPU.

Like drops, the device has an 8,040 mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging. As for photography, Vivo Pad will offer dual rear camera settings, as confirmed in the official introductory trailer. In terms of sound, it comes with four stereo speaker settings. The tablet offers two storage options, 8/128 GB and 8/256 GB. It can be in gray and blue. While the Vivo X Fold and Vivo X Note smartphones will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, the upcoming Vivo Pad is expected to include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor.

There is no official confirmation of the specifications or details of the price of these devices from the company itself. But due to the difficult start, we expect to learn more about each of these devices in the coming days. The official opening of the event will begin on April 11 at 4:30 pm (PKT).
