Mudasir Abbasi will serve as joint director of audits, while Muhammad Babar will serve as joint director of cloud customization for temporary setups. According to the Ministry of IT and Telecommunications, this temporary setting was introduced within 6 months. After six months, there will be a permanent cloud office at the ministry. MoITT writes about the establishment of a division for the production of permanent pilots for cloud offices. After approval by the organizational department, the process of recruiting a permanent cloud office begins. The Cloud Office, established by the Ministry of IT and Telecommunications, is responsible for setting basic, intermediate, advanced and maximum security conditions in accordance with domestic and international benchmarks.

The Cloud First Policy mandates the Cloud Office to define security baselines based on national and international standards for various cloud models designed to host various data classes for public entities. According to the PFCP, the cloud service provider and public service entities must maintain the highest integrity in order to protect data and comply with the security requirements set by the Cloud Office. Failure to do so may result in a breach. Any data breach should be reported to the Cloud Office when the breach is detected. The Cloud Office, as required by applicable regulations, can search for incident reports and determine appropriate response measures.
