The Hyundai Tucson also gets a big price increase

Hyundai Nishat Motors Private Limited (HNMPL) also helped increase the price of a bandwagon by changing Hyundai Tucson prices. This is the company's second price increase in just two months.

Like its competitors, the HNMPL also pointed to rising raw material costs, shipping costs, declining local currency and other logistical problems causing the increase.

However, unlike other car manufacturers, the HNMPL holds new prices valid only for bookings made after the price increase has been announced. Anyone who makes a reservation by March 25, 2022 will pay the old rate. Interestingly, however, Hyundai raised the price in Tucson. It was noted that the SUV was the best-selling car on the HNMPL in February 2022, with almost 800 units sold per month. Market news suggests that the Korean carmaker will increase prices for the rest of its range, also due to growing cost pressures.
