Arab Sheikh unveils world's largest Hummer SUV
Famous Arab car lover Sheikh Hamad Bin Hamdan Al-Nahyan has unveiled the world's largest Hummer H1 SUV. Sheikh also holds the Guinness World Record for owning the world's largest collection of 4x4 off-road vehicles with 718 models.
Its latest addition, dubbed the Hummer H1 X3, is three times larger than the regular H1 and 27 times bulkier. The off-roader is 21.6 feet tall, 20 feet wide, and 46 feet long. It is also used as a play car with a second floor, stairs, toilets and a room with a 360º view. The platform of the H1 X3 is a US Army LARC-LX steel amphibious truck. Its power is powered by four diesel engines that allow a top speed of 32 km/h.
Since the SUVs have no real purpose other than new ones, Shiekh Al-Nahyan will keep the SUVs at the Sharjah Off-Road History Museum in the United Arab Emirates.
